LOCATION

The Eclipse office building is located in 19 Jeździecka Street in the southern part of Wrocław called Partynice, right next to one of the main intersections of Karkonoska and Jeździecka streets, at the entrance to Wrocław from Bielany Wrocławskie. It is approximately 2 km from the Bielany Junction.

This location is an opportunity for companies that want to have convenient access to the A4 motorway and AOW (Wrocław Motorway Bypass) and do not want to have their headquarters in the city center.
In the immediate vicinity of the office building there are bus stops (A 113, 249, 602 and 612, and 107, 133, 247, 933, D) and tram stops (T 17).

ABOUT THE BUILDING

The office building has been functioning since July 2017 – when the occupancy permit was received.
The building, which was built as a B+ standard, consists of an underground parking lot, retail space on the ground floor, and a separate entrance with a concierge, leading to office premises on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floor.

STANDARD AND SURFACE LAYOUT

Each office floor is accessed by means of a lift equipped with an access control system;
Common parts of the building include: garage, staircase and elevator shaft.
Within the area of a given floor/unit (approximately 400 m2) there is a social room, a corridor and two toilets.
The height of the rooms is 3 m, with partial fake ceilings within which the air conditioning system is mounted.
The spacious rooms are illuminated with daylight thanks to big, partially openable windows. The flexible layout of the rooms depends on the current tenant.

MEDIA

The building is connected to the energy, fiber optic and water/sewage networks.
Heating/ventilation/air conditioning is provided by a fan coil system.
The facility is monitored by CCTV.

VISUAL IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM

For each user a signage system has been prepared in the common space.
It is also possible to use additional spaces to install illuminated advertising on the roof and large-format advertising on the building’s facades.

ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM

The building is available for users 24/7 using an integrated access control system.
The reception is open from Monday to Friday, on working days, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

OFFICE BUILDING’S NAME

The office building owes its name to the legendary Thoroughbred racehorse that was born on the day of the great solar eclipse. He won races with exceptional style and ease. He became a legend in 18th century England.
