Yes, the office building has been managed by the same Property Manager for years, who knows in great detail.
Once you purchase the premises, you participate in the running costs and maintenance of the common areas of the building, which are collected by the Property Manager. On top of this is media and real estate tax.

Depending on the route we choose, the distance to Galeria Dominikańska is 6,6 or 6,7 km. It will take approximately 20 minutes.
